What is meant by image restoration?

Sometimes we are provided images which are of such poor quality that image transfer results would be unsatisfactory in your custom keepsakes/gifts without extensive editing. If we believe that the 30 minute time allotted along with any personalization which may have been requested will not be sufficient, we will provide you with a written estimate before proceeding.

Who owns the finished design?

You do, of course.

How is the price of shipping determined?

Weight, box size and the location to which we are shipping are all factors.

If you are nearby, you can avoid shipping costs by picking up your keepsake.
Can you do it right now?

It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.

Text can be as formal or casual and fun as you like. The amount of text you can have is dictated by the available space in the picture.
